A new dimension of document circulation in Quatra Max – now also available on the Quatra Portal

We are changing the way your company can work with documents. The new ‘Document circulation on the Quatra Portal’ feature is a response to the need for speed and convenience in everyday processes. From now on, you no longer need to run the entire ERP system to fully manage your documents. All you need to do is log in to the Quatra Portal, which is accessible from any location and device.

What do you gain from the new solution?

Intuitive document handling

On the Portal, you can add and describe a document, attach files, forward it for approval, or reject it—without having to work in the main system.

Transparency of the process and full control

Each employee can see the history of documents that they have entered or described themselves. This allows them to know exactly what stage a given document is at and who is responsible for the next step.

Everything in one place

The portal collects all documents requiring action in a single view. Employees do not need to search the system – everything that is important is always at hand.

Wider access, lower costs

Not every user needs full access to the ERP system – the Quatra Portal allows employees to complete their tasks more easily. This means fewer licences and real savings for the organisation.

Automation with KSeF – no unnecessary steps

If you use the National e-Invoice System, purchase invoices are automatically downloaded and assigned to the appropriate employee. They go directly to the document circulation system on the Portal, and the person responsible receives a notification about the document to be described – without having to log in to KSeF.

The new document circulation in Quatra Max is more than just a feature – it is convenience, speed and transparency in everyday work. See for yourself how easy document management can be in a modern organisation.
