BU Quatra Team Meeting in Kraków

From 28 to 30 May, we met in Kraków as part of the Quatra BU Team. It was a time of intensive discussions, sharing experiences, and reflecting on the direction in which we want to develop our team and the solutions we create.

Over the course of three days, we discussed matters of importance from the perspective of the product, our clients and our day-to-day work. Many topics arose relating to the development of the Quatra Max ERP system, further improvements to the system and how to better meet the needs of the companies that use our solutions.

We also devoted considerable attention to artificial intelligence. AI is developing very rapidly and is having an increasingly significant impact on how organisations operate. That is why we wanted to look at this topic more broadly than just through the prism of technology. We discussed what this change might mean for business, employees, decision-making processes and the day-to-day management of the company. It is a topic that raises many questions, but also opens up completely new possibilities.

Such meetings are important to us not only because they allow us to organise our plans and courses of action. Equally important is the fact that we can sit down together, talk without rushing and exchange various observations.

There was also time for less formal conversations and simply being together. With the current way of working, such moments are particularly valuable. They help build relationships, strengthen collaboration and remind us that behind every project, role and implementation there are people.
