Christmas company gathering

The end of the year is a time for us to hold a festive staff meeting, express our gratitude, give gifts and exchange wishes in a friendly atmosphere.

As is tradition, we met as a company, this time in Uniejów, to summarise the past year and discuss plans for the future.
An inspiring part of the programme was a meeting with experts on building a culture of innovation and the use of AI in development.

There was also time for team-building activities – sports and dancing – which encouraged conversation in a less formal atmosphere and strengthened team relationships.
