Distribev, a market-leading supplier of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, offers an extremely diverse product portfolio. Here you will find refreshing shandy, a wide selection of wines from different parts of the world, light and aromatic ciders and a wide range of spirits. Beer lovers can reach for well-known Polish brands – such as Tyskie or Warka – or opt for proposals from global producers such as Carlsberg. However, the offer does not end with alcoholic beverages: the distribution also includes soft drinks (e.g. Pepsi and Red Bull), foodstuffs (food) and the non-food segment. With such a comprehensive approach, Distribev effectively meets the needs of both small outlets and large retail chains, guaranteeing convenience and professional service.

Sygnity Business Solutions S.A. carried out the implementation of the Quatra MAX ERP system at Distribev Sp. z o.o., which allowed the company to streamline processes in 33 branches. As a result of the implementation, the client has improved the supervision of key areas of its business – from supply chain management and logistics services to the smooth circulation of documents. The introduction of the integrated software not only accelerated the execution of daily tasks, but also improved communication between the various departments.

Quatra MAX - integrating data from distributed systems to optimise business decisions

Prior to the implementation of Quatra MAX, the client was using SAP solutions. The decision to switch to Quatra MAX allowed dispersed tools to be combined in one flexible system.
As a result, data preparation costs were significantly reduced and the decision-making process was accelerated. An additional advantage was the favourable rates for both implementation and maintenance, so that the funds saved could be used for business development.

As part of the project:

  • Quatra Max was integrated with business systems such as: Salesforce, TMS, EDI, data warehousing, driver mobile app,
  • improved communication with government/tax systems (MF – JPK, JPKMG, JPKFA, GUS, REGON, WHITELIST, VIES),
  • enabled communication with KSeF (National e-Invoice System) and in other dedicated formats to external systems (e.g. email),
  • Developing the possibility of communication via dedicated formats used by Distribev, in addition to standard EDI communication.

The client’s key problem was to maintain data consistency across multiple independent sub-systems and to produce up-to-date analyses necessary for rapid decision-making, e.g. in purchasing.

Thanks to the launch of the modern Quatra MAX system, a high standard of services was achieved. Satisfaction of the teams involved in the implementation and the Customers themselves increased, which confirmed that relying on an innovative solution was the right decision.

Tailoring the Quatra Max system to Distribev's needs

The implementation of the Quatra MAX system began with a detailed analysis of Distribev Sp. z o. o.’s needs. Sygnity Business Solutions S.A. conducted process modelling and prepared the Technical Design of the solution, which took into account the specific nature of the customer’s business.

At the implementation stage, we focused primarily on the best possible adjustment of the system to the needs of Distribev Sp. z o. o. and on developing solutions that would bring measurable business benefits. As a result, we were able to set clear objectives, clearly define areas of responsibility and reduce the time needed to handle key processes. As a result, Distribev gained a flexible and scalable system that can be expanded with additional modules as the company grows.

Already at the presentation stage of the ERP system, Qutra Max stood out above all for its ergonomic workflow, the intuitive positioning of the individual functionalities in the workspace and the ease of use for the end user. For finance as a support team, the key areas were those related to invoice processing, payments or settlements. System solutions were designed for the accounting department to ensure that processes were carried out quickly and that data provided to other departments of the company reflected the current accounting and financial situation as closely as possible.
