Managers and leaders from Sygnity Business Solutions at the TSS Blue Leadership Summit 2026 in Amsterdam
On 10–11 June 2026, managers and leaders from Sygnity Business Solutions attended the TSS Blue Leadership Summit 2026 in Amsterdam. The event brought together representatives from companies within the Total Specific Solutions Group and provided a forum for discussions on leadership, development and cooperation between business units from different countries.
“Go deep, aim high”: a discussion on the role of a leader
The theme of this year’s summit was “INTO THE BLUE: Go deep, aim high”. It aptly captured the nature of the event, during which there was much discussion about the role of leaders, responsibility and courage in decision-making. On the one hand, participants delved deeper into topics related to people, organisation and the direction of development; on the other, they discussed the plans of technology companies and how to translate them into action.
AI, pace of action and exchange of experiences
The programme featured presentations, workshops and discussions focusing on the challenges facing the IT sector, proven business practices, and management approaches that help companies, products and teams to grow. The theme of artificial intelligence was a central focus. The pace of action is now crucial, so that new opportunities can be swiftly translated into solutions that benefit customers.
