New implementation of the PROLIB system in a group of libraries
On September 8, 2021, Sygnity Business Solutions SA signed an agreement with the Lublin Province represented by “Lublin Center of Innovation and Technology” for the supply, implementation and installation of a library system along with service support and technical assistance in a group of libraries.
The scope of the contract covers the implementation of the PROLIB library system in all pedagogical libraries of the Lubelskie Voivodeship:
- Pedagogical Library in Biała Podlaska with branches (Parczew and Łuków);
- Pedagogical Library in Chełm;
- Pedagogical Library in Zamość with its branches (Hrubieszów, Tomaszów Lubelski and Biłgoraj);
- Pedagogical Provincial Library named after The National Education Commission, located in Lublin with a branch in Janów Lubelski;
The works are divided into 5 phases: project planning, pre-implementation analysis, implementation, preparation for the production launch and production launch with maintenance. The entire project is carried out in accordance with the PRINCE methodology and will end on 31 December 2022.
