PROLIB at library conferences in June
In June, representatives from the PROLIB team will be attending two conferences aimed at the library community. Both events will provide an opportunity for networking, discussion and the exchange of experiences amongst those involved in libraries and the development of library services.
Xth National Forum of Educational Libraries
On 11–12 June 2026, we will be attending the 10th National Forum of Educational Libraries. The event is being organised by the Provincial Educational Library in Kraków. Patryk Wesołowski and Krzysztof Henne will be representing our brand.
The forum provides a space to discuss the needs of educational libraries and how these are changing alongside the educational environment. For us, it is a good opportunity to talk to librarians about their work, the challenges they face, and the tools that help develop digital services.
3rd Congress of University Libraries
In June, we will also be taking part in the 3rd Congress of University Libraries, which will be held at the Jagiellonian Library at the Jagiellonian University. Justyna Kamińska-Wolny will be representing our brand.
During the congress, we will discuss the future direction of academic libraries, access to resources, e-services, information management and the needs of student readers. These are topics close to the heart of anyone who cares about efficient access to knowledge
Both events are linked by a focus on practical applications.
About what libraries need today, how their teams work, and in which areas technology can help with process organisation, the development of online services, and engagement with users.
We look forward to the June meetings in Kraków and discussions with representatives of the library community. Such events allow us to better understand the needs of different types of libraries and to discuss the future direction of library services
