PROLIB at the 5th Forum of Good Practices – Library 360°

On 19 September 2025, the 5th Forum of Good Practices – Library 360° will take place, an event that has been bringing together people looking for proven solutions, fresh ideas and practical inspiration for libraries for years. As usual, the PROLIB brand supports the organisers, but also shares its knowledge during substantive lectures.
We have been accompanying the Forum since its first edition, and every year we see how it is gaining importance in the library world – becoming a space for important conversations and meetings regardless of the type of library.

This year’s edition will focus on two main topics:
Library on demand – participants will look at the development of digital services such as e-loans, scanning on demand and reprography. There will also be discussions on the technological and legal aspects of digital access to collections and how to increase the availability of online content for different user groups.
Library in action – this panel will be an opportunity to discuss self-service solutions, new forms of user engagement and the creative use of library space. The promotion of new services and the role of the library as a place open to change and innovation will also be discussed.

Why are we joining the Good Practices Forum again?

Because we care about the real exchange of experiences and supporting libraries in their transition to modern operating models. During our lecture, we will share specific examples that show how the PROLIB system supports libraries – e-services, service automation and digital accessibility of collections.
