PROLIB system adapted to e-Deliveries

Zgodnie z Komunikatem Ministra Cyfryzacji oraz obowiązującymi przepisami ustawy, od 1 stycznia 2025 r. instytucje publiczne, w tym również biblioteki są objęte obowiązkiem korzystania z systemu e-Doręczeń.

W odpowiedzi na te zmiany, system biblioteczny PROLIB został odpowiednio przygotowany. W wersji 2025.2.01 udostępniono funkcje, które umożliwiają generowanie dokumentów w formacie PDF, zgodnych z wymaganiami:

PUH – Publicznej Usługi Hybrydowej,

PURDE – Publicznej Usługi Rejestrowanego Doręczenia Elektronicznego.

Zmiany obejmują narzędzia służące do generowania upomnień oraz wezwań do zapłaty. Nowy format dokumentów umożliwia ich bezpośrednią wysyłkę za pośrednictwem systemu e-Doręczeń, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa.

Dzięki temu biblioteki mogą realizować ten obowiązek w sposób w pełni zgodny z przepisami, przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu efektywności operacyjnej i wysokich standardów obsługi użytkowników.

In accordance with the Announcement of the Minister of Digital Affairs and the applicable provisions of the Act, from 1 January 2025, public institutions, including libraries, are required to use the e-Delivery system.

In response to these changes, the PROLIB library system has been prepared accordingly. Version 2025.2.01 provides functions that enable the generation of PDF documents in accordance with the requirements of:

PUH – Public Hybrid Service,

PURDE – Public Registered Electronic Delivery Service.

The changes include tools for generating reminders and payment requests. The new document format allows them to be sent directly via the e-Delivery system, in accordance with applicable law.

This allows libraries to fulfil this obligation in a manner that is fully compliant with the regulations, while maintaining operational efficiency and high standards of user service.
