Employee Capital Plans
ECP, i.e. Employee Capital Plans, which are regulated by the act of 4 October 2018, constitute a general saving plan which is a voluntary system of long-term saving for all employees paying contributions to Social Security Authority (ZUS), regardless of the form of employment.4
When does EPC come into force?
The date of implementing EPC depends on the number of employees in a company, however the obligation to implement EPC is applicable for all the employers who have at least one employee.
